Dr. Teressa
Founder
Dr. Teressa Fulgham McCarty is a wife, mother, educator, and founder of two related but distinct organizations.
As the founder and CEO of McCarty Consulting LLC, a certified Women-Owned and Minority Business Enterprise, she partners with mission-driven organizations to improve their operations through clear procedures, effective training, and practical resources.
Through E210 Studio, she brings the same commitment to clarity into a ministry-focused space, supporting Christian women who carry God-given ideas and need the focus, structure, and encouragement to walk them out well.
Both organizations are founded on the belief that meaningful work requires an effective plan, and everyone involved in that work deserves the proper tools and training to succeed.
With a background in education, administration, and training design, Dr. Teressa brings a clarity-first approach to her work. She understands the realities of limited capacity, competing priorities, and the weight of carrying responsibility alone. Dr. Teressa is known for her practical teaching style and her ability to translate complex ideas into simple, usable guidance. She believes that how you do things matters and that expectations should never be a secret.
Ms. Agnes
Community Coordinator and Virtual Office Manager
Ms. Agnes serves as the Community Coordinator and Virtual Office Manager for E210 Studio.
She supports this work by helping care for the community, responding to inquiries, and keeping communication flowing behind the scenes. You may hear from her by email, see her engaging with our social media community, or receive support from her as questions come up.
Her role helps ensure that women who connect with E210 Studio feel welcomed, supported, and well-guided as they take their next steps.
Together, we work to keep this space organized, thoughtful, and focused on supporting women with faith, clarity, and care.

Follow Christ

Why E210 Studio
The name E210 Studio is drawn from Ephesians 2:10.
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

This verse reflects the heart of this space.
E210 Studio exists to support women as they walk in the good works God prepared for us. Everything created here is designed to help women move forward with faith, focus, and follow-through.
How I Show Up in This Work
My role is to teach, guide, and create tools that help women move forward with confidence and care.
Through encouragement, teaching, and practical resources, I help women break things down, stay focused on what matters, and keep going when the work feels weighty.
E210 Studio reflects my belief that meaningful work can be done with faith, wisdom, and care, even in full and busy lives.
