A Message from Dr. Teressa
You are gifted. You have a big heart. And you have ideas — lots of them.
Some you know the Lord told you to do. Some you are not sure about. Some have been sitting on your heart so long that you are not sure if they are still alive. And some things you have been afraid to start, not sure how to start, or just waiting for a clearer sign before you move.
Here is a reminder for you. God has already given us wisdom through His Holy Word. We have the precious gift of the Holy Spirit, who is our Helper, Teacher, Truth Speaker, and so much more. He has also placed people in our lives to serve as wise counsel and encouragers.
What God has called us to do, we can do. We have to yield. This program is different. There is structure, there is system, but the Holy Spirit is in control, and I believe that when we put God first, listen, AND obey, we will have GOOD success.
This program is an invitation to stop. Breathe. Pray. Write. Organize. And plan wisely.
What We Do Together
We start by getting everything out of your head and onto paper. Every idea, every assignment, everything stirring in your spirit — whether you are certain it is from God or still unsure. We put it all down.
Then we do the honest work of thinking it through. What is from the Lord and what is from you? What has He actually told you to do right now? What needs to wait? Before we plan a single step, we make sure the foundation is right.
Once we know what we are moving forward with, we build a real plan. Not an overwhelming one. Just the next step. Then the one after that. And so on.
What This is NOT
This is not a done-for-you program. There is a system, but it’s not a checklist you can just follow. I am not here to tell you what to do. You will know what the Lord is saying to you. I am here as an encourager and wise counsel in this season, to help you think clearly, plan wisely, and to remind you of what God has already said so you can use it to make your decisions and move forward.

You will have access to self-paced content inside MC Learning Lab, live group coaching sessions, and private one-on-one time with me. You will also receive planning resources you can download and print to use during our time together and beyond.
